Hot Stones - Heated smooth, flat stones are placed on key points on the body.  As you are massaged with the stones, you feel stress melting away, promoting deep tissue and muscle relaxation.  This technique alleviates stress, releases toxins, improves circulation, and calms the psyche.  The stones may be placed at specific points on the back, in the palms of the hand, or between the toes.

Therapeutic Massage - Therapeutic massage is a healing form of touch therapy where the body is massaged all over by the therapist’s hands.  It extends beyond the body, healing the muscle tissue.

Myofascial Release - Myofascial Release is a safe and effective hands-on technique that involves applying gentle sustained pressure into the Myofascial connective tissue restrictions to eliminate pain and restore motion.  It treats stress and tension in the muscle, and after this intense treatment, the body is refreshed.

Trigger Points – Over time, the body develops spots of hyper irritability which researchers believe is a common cause of pain.  These trigger points can be alleviated with slight pressure which leaves the body tender and refreshed.  Treatments in trigger point therapy can sooth a widespread range of discomforts including headaches, neck and jaw pain, lower back pain, and many other types of joint pain.

Couples Massage - Couples massage therapy is a popular service where two people are given a massage simultaneously by separate massage therapists.  It’s a perfect way to remain close to that special someone.  Couples massage therapy is appropriate for husbands and wives, dating couples, same-sex partners, and even mothers and daughters.  These treatments can be as intimate or formal as the couple desires.  Soft spoken words can be exchanged, or you may want to relax next to someone very close to you.
